We wish you a safe and happy Christmas and trust that we will be able to continue serving you into 2010 and beyond.
Our offices are closed this week and next week… and we look forward to returning on 7th January in 2010 to help you further with your websites.
During this time, you can still lodge Support Tickets through the Admin Area of your website. Our Support Technicians will be on the job to help out with any questions or problems…
Meanwhile, here is a HOT Hotpink TIP that will help you save hours and get organised for 2010…
In the good ol’ days, we used to receive dozens of letters in snail mail, and we had a system for processing, filing or discarding these as they arrived.
So now that emails have largely replaced physical letters, what have you done to efficiently handle all of these communications?
Most people still wade through 100’s of emails in their Inbox…
There’s nothing more daunting than seeing high numbers next to the word INBOX in your email program because it means that you have lots of emails to process.
Here is the SOLUTION…
Use the “RULES” option in your email program to create Rules for how your email program handles your incoming emails.
That’s Right !!!
Create folders inside your email program and tell it to place emails into these folders according to who they are from, what they are about, keywords, etc.
You might create folders for:
- members of your work team
- family and friends
- newsletters that you want to keep, such as this one !
- information groups that you may belong to
Doing this will keep your Inbox much clearer and less daunting to go through.
This also makes emails much easier to find, as you can go directly to the folder that they have been stored in.
Just like having a Personal Assistant to do your filing for you… except you don’t have to pay anything for it!!
Start creating these rules now to make 2010 an easier year for you !

Thank you for reading this Email [Firstname], and have a truly blessed Festive Season.
