Over the next 10 weeks our newsletter will focus on how to . . .
Make Your Website a Sales Hub
It’s quite simple really, but it does take some effort, and here are the Top 10 things you need to do. When you implement these 10 TIPS, your results will be astounding.
OK, so here is TIP #3
Design your website to lead the visitor to your “Most Wanted Response”
OK . . . this seems pretty common sense, but how do you do it?
Make it very clear that you are offering products and/or services for sale, and make it very easy for your visitors to take the next step – whether that be to get more info or to make a purchase.
MOST WANTED RESPONSE
First you must decide what your Most Wanted Response is. It might be:
1. a phone call enquiry
2. an email or online inquiry
3. an online sale
4. a free online demo or download
5. a sign-up for your email newsletter
6. register as a member of your site
So – know what action you want visitors to take and then guide them to take that action. This means designing your website so that the Most Wanted Response happens more often.
PLAN YOUR STRATEGY
Map out how you will get people to your Most Wanted Response.
We have a whole section dedicated to this on our website. You can read more about it here..

Once you have defined the Most Wanted Response – tell them what it is.
How many times have you had to go looking for a Contact Us or Buy Now link or button, only to find it almost hidden in small font somewhere out of sight, or at the bottom of a page?
Use bright buttons or images to tell them what to do next, and position them prominently on the page.
